Brief: Creative campaign for 2017/18 FAI Season Ticket campaign.
Solution: There Through It All.
2017/18 Season Ticket campaign for the Football Association or Ireland (FAI). That year we decided to put the focus on the loyal fans that are there through the highs and the lows year after year. Working with the very talented Brooklyn based Robert Bruno, we created this visuals that captured all the emotions an Irish fan would go through during the season.
FAI There Through It All
Working with Atomic Dublin, Niall Murphy and I, were tasked with creating a new campaign for the 2017/18 Season Ticket campaign for the Football Association of Ireland (FAI).
That year we decided to put the focus on the loyal fans. The There Through It All heroes who follow Ireland through the highs and the lows, year after year.
For the key visual we created two versions, male and female, and comissioned the very talented Brooklyn based artist, Robert Bruno. Together we created visuals that captured all the emotions an Irish fan would go through during the season. Quite often in one match!
Our campaign was launched with OOH, social media, digital display and owned asssets. Along side our key visual we also established a lock up device to use across our campaign. Popping up on the sidelines, pitch side screens, tickets and every FAI press conference and related news article.
An Irishman Aboard
As part of the FAI Season Ticket campaign, we collaborated with Jarlath Regan and his popular podcast An Irishman Abroad, to create a series of interviews with players. These discussed their career, playing for Ireland, playing in the Aviva and the support from the Irish fans.
Social Content
We captured content showcasing Irelands loyal fans. We commissioned a photographer to travel to Dublin on match day and document our fans in their natural habitat. A few signed wavers later we had our series.
